Q: Are there any photo services in Escalante?
A: Yes, Gallery Escalante has a Photo Kiosk, mats, frames, can download your images to a CD and has memory cards for sale.


Q: I'm coming to Escalante to Photograph.  Do you do guided tours?
A: Guiding on the Grand Staircase, Dixie National Forest or BLM lands for hire requires a permit from those agencies.  The BLM in our area has a webpage with the licensed guides listed.

Q: Is Tracy still teaching Photoshop?
A: Yes for Private Photoshop Tutoring only.

Q: Are there any artist studios open for tour in Escalante?
A: For most of the year just our Studios herein the Gallery are open to the public.  During the Escalante Canyon Art Festival some of the other artists open for two days.

Q: What is the Escalante Canyons Art Festival?
A: A Plein Aire festival the last weekend in September.  2009 will be it's 6th year.  The local Arts Group sponsors speakers, the local Lions Club will provide the food, there is an Art and Craft Fair and after the judging, there is a Gala and Auction.  You can get more information at their website.

Q: Are you accepting new artists?
A: Currently, Feb 2010, we are seeking Cowboy Sculpture, Western Folk Art and Western Whimsey.  We do not accept Bronze work.
